CodersDirect was developed by a group of Healthcare professionals who understand the importance and challenges in identifying qualified candidates. The profile database contains certified coders, billers and non-bedside physicians and nurses. Candidates are actively solicited to the site in order to match qualified candidates with potential employers.
Each candidate completes a standard profile designed to improve the search process for employers. Candidates post a profile outlining their qualifications, experience and objectives. Note that the candidate contact information remains confidential until the candidate releases it to the employer.
Employers/recruiters search and identify candidates. When a candidate(s) is identified, the subscriber sends a private message to the candidate(s) through the Coders Direct platform. If interested the candidate(s) will respond directly to the potential employer to start the interview process. All requests are immediately processed and we ask interested candidates to respond within 48 hours of notice.
Coders Direct provides two candidate search and contact options. As an annual member Coders Direct provides an unlimited candidate search and contact capability. The annual Employers/Recruiters membership access fee is $ 49.00 per month, (billed annually) per individual subscriber. The margin from hiring just one candidate will pay for an entire year subscription.

Employers or recruiters that are not annual members can contact up to 8 candidates per month for free.
